Pacífico Marcos

Dr. Pacífico Edralín Marcos was the elder brother of former President of the Philippines Ferdinand E. Marcos. The elder Marcos was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte to Don Mariano Marcos and Dona Josefa Quetulio Edralin. Marcos was the former President of the Philippine Medical Association until he was tasked to chair the Philippine Medical Care Commission in 1971, along with nine other commissioners.
