PR0 indicates a PageRank of zero (out of a maximum of ten) on the Google search engine. This is something to be avoided in gaining a good Google ranking. Google sometimes imposes this as a penalty on websites that try to boost their ranking artificially through unethical means, such as link farming, as part of their search engine optimization.
